The non-reimbursable government funds programs opened in 2020 are:

1. Grants Program for SMEs Working Capital 2020

• Maximum 150.000 EUR;
• 85% European Funds - 0% Own Contribution;
  
• Intended for SMEs affected by COVID;
  
• Commitments: maintenance or increase no. employees for 6 months;
  
• Eligible expenses: raw material stocks, goods, current debts, rent, equipment, machinery, inventory items.
  

2. SME Investment Grants Program 2020

• 50.000 - 200.000 EUR;
• 85% European Funds - 15% Own Contribution;
  
• Intended for SMEs;
  
• Commitments: achieving in the first 2 years at least 50% of the planned revenues;
  
• Eligible expenses: acquisition of land, buildings, equipment, machinery, construction, means of transport.
  

3. Microindustrialization Program 2020

• 450.000 lei;
• 90% European Funds - 10% Own contribution;
  
• Intended for SMEs;
  
• Commitments: creation of at least 1 job;
  
• Eligible expenses: purchase of equipment / machinery, vans, website.
  

4. Trade and Services Program 2020

• ​250.000 lei;
• 90% European Funds - 10% Own contribution;
  
• Intended for SMEs;
  
• Commitments: creation of at least 1 job;
  
• Eligible expenses: purchase of equipment / machinery, vans, website.
  

5. START-UP Nation

• 200.000 lei;
• 100% European Funds - 0% Own contribution;
  
• Intended for people who want to open a company, small and medium companies;
  
• Commitments: creation of at least 1 job;
  
• Eligible expenses: purchase of space / equipment / machinery, payment of salaries, rents, website.
  

6. State aid scheme GD 807/2014

• Maximum 7.500.000 - 145.000.000 EUR;
• 10-50% European funds - 50-90% co-financing;
  
• Micro-enterprises, SMEs, Large enterprises;
  
• Commitments: capacity expansion or creation of a new production / service unit, fundamental change of the general production process;
  
• Eligible expenses: construction, purchase of equipment, installations.
