Renowned for its large experience in the project management area, TotalSoft was invited and will take part to the project completion conference “Galați Regional Business Center”. The event is organized by Hidrotehnica Galați on August 11, 2015, at 11:00 am, in Orizont conference room of the new business center.

At the organizers’ invitation, Bogdănel Budeanu, the project management division’s director (TotalSoftPM) will deliver a lecture about „Project Success = Business Success: Beneficiary – Entrepreneur- Financing Sources”.

 ”The success of a project depends on a series of factors, starting with the project  management system that is used, resources, work methodology of all the parties involved and continuing with planner team’s experience in similar projects. Only with a correct management of these factors a project will have the desired success. I am glad to observe the keen interest of Romanian companies in the beneficiary-contractor relationship” states Bogdănel Budeanu, TotalSoftPM Director.

“Galați Regional Business Center” project developed by Hidrotehnica Galați was financed through “Regional Operational Program, 2007-2013”, priority axis 4, “Supporting the development of the regional and local business environment”.

Hidrotehnica’s activity includes ironworks, production and trade of gravel pit and quarry materials, land and navy equipment repair, as well as maintenance of existing water works. Among the company’s impact projects there are: Giurgeni-Vadu Oii Bridge over the Danube, bridges over Siret in Galați (one connected with the road and one with the double railway), Catusa-Galati viaduct, Galați iron ore port and Călărași iron ore.
