Azomures, the agricultural fertilizer manufacturer, prepares the general technical revision of the factory from Târgu Mureș and chose our project management consultancy services for the third year in a row. This year’s capital revision will take place on September-October, and TotalSoft will ensure consultancy to set and plan the stages and will track the project framing from start/finish graphic.
At this moment, the revision is in the preparation stage, and our team of planners is elaborating the project management methodology for the beneficiary-contractor relationship, on which all the participant companies will work.
In order to run this general technical revision project, Azomures created an internal project management center which, along with TotalSoft’s planner team, will have will be responsible for framing the stop/finish graphic. In order to prevent any project slippage, Azomures decided to use Primavera project management software solution to track all the project stages.
